No Checking Policy
Our courier service does no allow customer to check parcels before payment. You can check your parcel once payment is done. In case there is an issue with your order, you can always get in touch with us and we will resolve your issues. Read further to know more about our Return or exchange policy.
Variation in Shades
We try our best to explain every small detail about the product in its details and attributes. We always mention that slight variation might occur in some pictures specially with large collection of shades and/or the colors are very similar. Therefore, we do not accept return or exchange of items on the basis of not matching with your intended dress or it doesn’t seem like what you think it looks like on the website, or any other color and shade-related issue.
Shades and colors of a product may vary from actual physical product colors and shades. This variation occurs due to many reasons including the lighting conditions at the time of product photography, the display quality and brightness of the devices on which the product images are being viewed compared to the lighting conditions when viewed in hand.
We encourage our customers to carefully read the product description to get an idea of how the product looks and feels, before making a purchase. In case you have more questions or concerns, we are always available to respond to any and all of your concerns on call, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and other platforms.
Change of Heart or Mind
We do not accept return or exchange items if the customer has a changed of heart and change their mind or do not want the product anymore for any reason whatsoever.
Defected Products and Eligibility
We strictly observe NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN policy, however we definitely consider return or exchange of damaged or defective products.
In order for a product to qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be ‘majorly defected’ and should be ‘unused’. ‘Major defect’ refers to holes, tears and torn pieces, misprint and detached ornaments / design stuff. ‘Unused’ refers to not being worn, used or washed.
Return or Exchange Process
Before submitting a return or exchange request, the product must qualify for a return or exchange. (Read Eligibility section above). Return requests must be submitted via Return or Exchange Request From on our website.
- Fill the from within 7 days of receiving your orders
- Explain the issue and damage in detail
- Provide proof of purchase (Order number, email or e-receipt)
- We review your request and get in touch with you, if approved
- You courier your package back to us as per instructions (Pickup service not provided)
- Once received, we verify the items and assess the damage
- Based on the condition of the return products, we will either dispatch your replacement order or provide a partial or a full refund
Please note that we reserve the right to reject your return or exchange request at any given step of the process.
